Poor Home Maintenance in Moreno Valley

Landlord finds no value in his customers or the home he rents to them. I have been complaining about the filthy dishwasher with mold since I moved in. For a long time the dishwasher was going to be replaced and it never was. I found mold growing in the crevices and insisted that the dishwasher be replaced immediately. Still nothing - so I'm posting here.
